Shipping

 We typically respond to questions same day, and always try to respond within 24 hours.

Standard shipping is by UPS ground and USPS priority mail.

We would be happy to expedite your order. In order for us to provide you a quote for expediting we
need the following information: Location, Order details (Frame style, size, quantity), when you need
delivery. For the most part, our standard shipping is fast enough to avoid expediting. We always try to
save our customers money, so we try to avoid expediting at all costs.

Our website does not calculate international shipping. But we do ship all over the world. Shipping
starts at $47.95 for international orders. Any international order is subject to additional charges based
on actual costs to ship. If you would like to know what shipping will cost prior to ordering please
contact us at support@photoboothframes.com. Please check with your local government, to see if any duties or taxes are associated with importing products from the USA.  Any charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

We do our best to package each order with care to avoid damage. Sometimes damage can occur in
transit. Please check your order upon receipt. If there is any damage please take picture and email us
the details of damage to support@photoboothframes.com within 7 days of receipt of order. We will use
our sole discretion to determine if a refund or replacements will be sent.

Please also check the order upon receipt to verify you have the correct product. We try our best to
deliver the correct product, but sometimes mistakes can be made, we are not perfect, but strive to be!

Returns Policy

• Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for full refund less shipping cost.
• Orders returned after 7 days will be charged 15% Restocking fee.
• Orders must be returned in original condition.
• Partial Returns not accepted.
• Returns not accepted after 30 calendar days from time of order.
• Customer must contact us prior to any return for instructions.
